------- Additional comments from [email protected] Wed Mar 24 21:30:01 +0000 2010 ------- For some reason, all of a sudden, the file, icuuc40.dll is missing so therefore the program will not load. I have also found that when I tried to reingstall as it suggested that there are many .dll files that are being found as bad or corrupted files by my virus program. They were all being listed as trojan and worms. Could you please find out what the reason for this was and tell me how to fix it?
