Saving a SCal spreadsheet in XLS format that contains a conditional format
pointing to a cell in the current sheet gets fully qualified by OO (i.e. the
cell reference get prefixed with the sheetname). This cause Excel to ignore all
conditional format when loading the saved file by OO in OO3.2m12 build 9483.
Furthermore if you try to edit the cell with the conditional format in Excel you
get an error message saying that "You may not use reference to other worksheets
or workbooks for Conditional Formatting Criteria". BTW OO does not have a
problem read the xls file back, only Excel. This seems to have been raised in
issue #25653 and then got fixed in subsequent OO release.

Thanks

JF
