later means never, not an issue for almost everyone. Not fixable for OOo's copy
of dmake anyway. If OOo's copy is used, you already sourced the env-file, or
you
did already build OOo.
So this only occurs with a third-party dmake and thus is out-of-scope of OOo's
bugtracker.
