Simple answer: It never was implemented. (See OOo 3.2)
Thus when I noticed this while rewriting the printing code for CWS
printerpullpages I also did not change that.
I asked OS about this and he also agrees that brochure printing is an
end-product action, while printing notes is a draft-document action.
Therefore the following two options seems to be the most reasonable:
1) it could be implemented with some days work, but in that case this issue will
just be a request for enhancement and should go into the respective pool.
or
2) we should properly acknowledge the concept of brochure printing being an
end-product action and thus the option for printing notes should be
disabled/hidden when printing brochures.
