es_VA = Spanish in Vatican
qvc_ES = Cajamarca Quechua in Spain
va_ES = Unassigned ISO 639-1 code 'va'
qcv_ES = Reserved for local use in Spain, would be the only one that could make
sense, but we have no mapping for that.
Please use ca_XV instead, see issue 71636, which is Catalan in User-assigned.
