Thanks for the patch. You are completely right, that an "else" is missing in the
mentioned code snippet.
The other news is that in cws sw33bf02 I have removed that complete code for
scrolling area instead of painting. Thus, the complete code for the repaint of
scrolled areas also has been removed. This makes your patch obsolete - I am
sorry.
