Tibetan script rendering not working correctly in OO.org running on Mac OSX and
Linux. On these platforms it appears that the OpenType calt (contextual
alternatives) feature when present in Tibetan fonts is not being applied. This
feature is often required for proper rendering of Tibetan script in order to
produce correct contextual glyph forms. According to the OpenType spec, this
feature should be active by default.

While Tibetan text is readable without this feature being applied the glyph
forms are less than ideal.

calt feature in Tibetan fonts is applied under MS Windows.

(The required Open Type features for Tibetan script are: ccmp, blws, abvs, blwm,
abvm, calt & kern. These are all applied by to Tibetan fonts Microsoft's
OpenType shaping engine.)

Problem in Open Office 3.1.1 (OOO310m19(build 9420)) - and previous versions.
