1. create an XY scatter chart that contains a secondary y-axis, and then save
the chart / spreadsheet in .xls format
2.  Close Openoffice.
If you open the .xls in Openoffice, the Secondary Y axis labels are displayed on
top of the primary Y Axis
If you open the .xls in Microsoft Office, the Secondary Y axis labels disappear
entirely, though the data are still plotted correctly.
