I've changed the priority to "P2" according to our priority rules.
As I understood, you have confirmed your participation in our improvement
program and can't open any document. Can you please explain what "header" you
are talking about?
Have you tried terminating OOo (in the worst case by killing it in the task
manager) and starting it again?
BTW: if you select "later" in the registration box, you will be asked again next
time. Please select "register" and ignore the web page you are directed to as
you obviously have registered already.
