OpenOffice spell checker and auto correct features do not work if the document
is created via the desktop. If a new document is created by right mouse clicking
on the desktop and then selecting new and choosing any new OpenOffice document
when that document is opened the spell checker and auto correct features will
not work. Saving the document and re-opening it do not resolve the issue, even
changing the location when it is stored will not cause the spell checker and
auto correct features to work. Whilst OpenOffice is open any new document
created will work correctly. This also happens is Windows XP and Vista.
