I assume this file was written with a go-oo version that handles default decimal
places differently. The changes for upstream are in the pending CWS
koheiautodecimal and not yet integrated.
@kohei: Please check and fix this in CWS koheiautodecimal. I suggest to not
write the optional style:decimal-places attribute at all if the new default
variable places setting is in effect, and write the attribute only if fixed
places are set. Upon reading a document, absence of the attribute then would
indicate the new variable behavior, that IMHO would perfectly make sense.
