Tried to open the document with the m93 version with the same effect. The corruption problem is very likely related to issue 44924. I had simular formula problems as describe in 44924 before I got the file corruption problem. This has been reported and I have emailed the problematic file with the the formula problem.
I prefer to wait until 44924 gets resolved before mailing out the file that I can't open.
For me it is very important to get 44924 resolved as I cannot go back to the OO1.o version because of a major amount of editing done since using the m91 version and backward incompatibilities of the OO version. Proceeding with a version of the document that can can still be openened is not useful because the file will be corrupted within a matter of minutes.
