If a cross reference appears in a table row in the last line of a page and needs
to continue onto the next page, only blank lines show on the next page where the
cross reference text should be. This only occurs if table rows are allowed to
break across pages. Thus, the table row breaks properly, but the remainder of
the cross reference text is not rendered, even though space appears to be
allowed for it.
