When attempting to upgrade from earlier version of OOo to 3.2, the installer
aborted with an error message indicating that it was unable to access
the .../program folder, despite this directory just having been created by the
installer itself (presumably, as indicated by folder timestamp), and me being
logged in as a user with admin rights. Trying to manually access the folder
gave an error message about access rights as well.

Rolling back the installation succeeded in deleting the folder. Before making
another installation attempt, I created the folder manually; my subsequent
attempt to install was then successful.

(OS is actually Windows XP Pro 64-bit edition, which to my knowledge is more
akin to Windows 2003 rather than standard XP.)
