Please add trigonometric (sine) regression trend line as there are no periodic
data fitting models in Chart. Excel has sine fitting which is nice, and would
be great as a starting point.

What would be SUPER nice and would blow Excel out of the water for data fitting
would be compound curve fitting, to be able to select 2 models at a time, as to
model something like damped spring oscillations (exponential sine function) or
monthly mean temperature data over decades (seasonal sine changes superimposed
on linear warming trend).

Composite models may be shooting for the stars, but as a start Sine modeling
would still be very useful for everything from high school statistics to
engineering or environmental scientists.
