Yep, I have only tested on the windows platforms (they're my main work 
computers). 
As for the crash report ID, Open Office doesn't actually crash -- it gets 
itself 
locked into a state where you can't interact with the GUI. I'm assuming it's 
still 
running under the hood -- well that's how it appears. The only way to close it 
is 
to force kill it's process "soffice.bin". So it doesn't technically crash, and 
no 
report is generated as it's terminated without letting it gracefully terminate 
itself.
