Not sure if this is due to the font, or just being in the header, but using Trebuchet MS Font, Bold, spacing expanded 6 points, other lines with normal spacing, and in the Header.... I find if there are several lines in the header, and you add or remove new line characters, quite often the top line(s) will disappear. In m95 it also causes a crash if you then try to edit it back in again.
