This happens when the DPI resolution of the monitor gets reported wrongly. As a
consequence, all fonts are too small. In the StartCenter case this leads to a
wrong calculation of the button positions. For the new background bitmap
including text this needs to be changed so that the buttons cannot run into the
background text anymore.
Fixed in CWS fwk140.
