There's no difference between StarOffice and OpenOffice.org regarding this
feature. Activate the drawing toolbar within the /View menu item. Insert a
rectangle. Activate the "Points" mode within the drawing toolbar and select one
of the points of the rectangle: You can move the edge of the rectangle and
within the "Points" mode you can round the edges
