I made the change on CWS fwk140.
Partial saving is done only if one of the SAVE events is sent before saving
(including SAVETO - but then the positions aren't updated after saving).
Embedded objects usually don't have several sheets, so the performance gain of
partial saving isn't so important there. In all other cases, it still works as
in 3.2.
