Okay, so (and stop me if I am wrong) you want Calc to issue an error report if
you try to add text to a number.
So, instead of '2.5 + 3 = 3, it should return #VALUE?
This is a feature request. I say this, b/c 1.1.4 has the same behavior as
1.9.94, so this is as expected. You want OOo to change its behavior, so this is
a feature request.
I changed the summary to reflect this as well.
If this is wrong, please repost and we can change it again.
