That's not a matter of "bad" or "good". That printer simply does not collate as
far as I can see from its description, so in order to get collated copies, OOo
needs to print the document as many times. Switching of the "Collate" option
during printing should get you the desired faster result also in 3.1, it
certainly does in the current builds (at least it does for hi and me).
