It says "ある文字に異なる集合演算子を割り当てます (Assign different set operators to the characters in your Office Math formula.)" I suggest deleting this text. How to reproduce: Open Help, choose "OpenOffice.org Math". Type 数式;選択 (formulas selections) into index search box and display it. 数式要素ウィンドウ (formula elements) help opens.
