NOT reproducible with "Ooo-Dev 3.3 multilingual version German UI WIN XP:
[DEV300_m76 (Build 9491)]" and sample documents from Issue 106909, Issue 107329!
Moving sheet elements and also slide sort in slide pane or slide sorter pane
worked really fast without any delay.
Currently I only see that problem reported for Linux machines here?!
