Der Grund kann ein Timeout sein, der Ausfall eines Servers oder auch ein Programmierfehler. Die letzte Datenbankabfrage lautete: (SQL-Abfrage versteckt) aus der Funktion „MediaWikiBagOStuff::_doquery“.
