It is the code in make_installer.pl, that evaluates the return value of
$is_success. At the moment an error in the log file does not break the packaging
process. The idea is, that the packaging process came to its end, but then found
an error in the log file. If an error occurred during the packaging, the process
is left with the function "exit_program", that always returns "-1".
But okay, to make the process safer, it makes sense, that if $is_success is "0",
the complete process should terminate with a return value that is not "0".
