Actually the context menu shows too _many_ entries.
The sub-menu 'Add' must list only those of appropriate language which are
user-editable, and the 'IgnoreAllList' must also never be listed a entry here.
Thus I'm changing the summary accordingly.
Also the remaining changes in those context menus are due to the fact that notes
(along with Draw, Calc and Impress) do not support grammar checking and/or still
did not implement the language status bar.
Therefore here only the dictionary entries in the 'Add' sub-menu will get fixed.
