this issue is a duplicate. It doesn't make sense to have multiple issues for the
same thing. Closing again.
When issue 46909 gets /closed/ this means a build is available for download. As
long as it is "resolved" or "verified" you have to build OOo yourself.
issue 46909 is "resolved" - that mean the problem is solved within the code, but
no fixed version is available for download yet.
