------- Additional comments from [email protected] Wed Apr 28 17:19:51 +0000 2010 ------- I created a mail merge letter with a "Post Scriptum" containing a mail merge field in a text frame for the individual contents. That worked fine also in step 6 in the individual document view (when I clicked through the documents), but the frame was lost in step 7 in the final result document before I started the "send as email process". I use a spreadsheet as address source. Steps to reproduce: 0. Open one of your normal Mail merge E-Mail documents. 1. Insert a text frame (menu 'Insert -> Frame') under your signature 2. Insert a Mail merge filed 3. Use mail merge wizard for E-Mail-Sending and go until step 7 4. Click "Edit individual document ..." Expected: compete document should be visible Actual: Frame is missing I will attach a sample document with what I was able to reproduce the problem (may be you simply replace the mail merge fields by mail merge fields from your address data base?. If there will be difficulties to reproduce the problem, I will try to create a complete test kit.
