------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Apr 29 16:40:48 +0000 2010 ------- Hello-- My open office writer text documents are all on my computer, but none will launch; neither will the program itself launch. It takes me to a dialogue box that asks me to register. Regardless of which choice I make (register now, register later, or I don't want to register), clicking finish results in the box disappearing and no more response. Everything worked fine at 9:30 last night. I closed the lid on my laptop to take it home, and when I re-opened it, the internet and documents were unresponsive. I saved and closed all my documents, shut down the computer and re-booted and have had this problem since. I'm on Windows Vista (Toshiba laptop), using oo3.2. Open Office seems to be working fine on our desktop (Mackintosh). Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to solve this problem. Should I be re-installing? Will doing that wipe out my OO files? Thanks.
