Several aspects for this problem: DrawShapeSubset did not correctly determine
paragraph content, when given only a part of a shape; AnimationNodeFactoy did
not pass the correct parent subset when querying the iteration subsets; and
finally, cppcanvas::Renderer used for_each incorrectly (by mostly ignoring the
returned functor, obviously assuming that it was changed by reference).
@wg: Fixed in CWS presfixes05.
