Sorry bu I don't understand the problem.
Looking at your document it is obvious that the last part of the document might
be cut when printing (out of the print range).

Thus moving all the frames to the top should cure the problem.

Now looking at the card type you are using (Decadry SCW2090, which we don't have
as template), did you import or copy this:

It would be then a completely different problem because this Word template ops
fine (the cards are centered on the page) in Word and is shifted to the bottom
in OOo.

Please explain.
