For the reported case it might "work as designed", I doubt that there has been
requested to have an auto label recognition for "sort only 1 column", but to
have it not for "sort multiple columns". That seems to be inconsistent.
I believe this one is a DUP of Issue 103090, and we have additionally new Issue
111383 concerning this behaviour. Before further action I will wait for comments
in Issue 103090
