Hi there.  I am not a computer person, so please speak in simple language..

I like Open Office and want to use it it.  After downloading from your site, two
things always happen---everything works fine for a couple days, and then can no
longer open the program, so must uninstall and reinstall, repeatedly.

Then the downloads goes well, but about half the time when trying to make the
install, I get a message, something like "Exit OO 3.2 and OO 3.2 Quickstarter
before continuing", and the install stops.

I have no idea what this means..

I have Windows 7.

Any ideas?  Keep it simple, please..
