MRU->PL: this problem is not limited to Navigator in Writer, but to nearly all
"Floating windows" in OOo. You can only navigate with the keyboard in such a
floating window (Navigator, Stylist, "Page pane" in Draw...)without having the
mouse pointing over it.
This worked fine until OOo 3.0.1.
