When I change settings in Tools > Options > Calc > Calculate, then it saves the
changes first, but when OOo is restarted it comes up with Welcome screen to
enter user data. And even if I cancel that dialog, the file
registrymodifications.xcu is set back to a default one and all my settings are
destroyed.
I have seen this with the settings "decimal places", with "precision as shown"
and with "Automatically find column and row labels".

I'll attach my original file, the file that was written during my changes and
the file, that was written, when canceling the Welcome dialog.
