Meanwhile we have implemented something that allows to clear the language
attribute. So for me we can set this as "duplicate" to issue 106019.
I reiterate that the "language" attribute is different to all other text
attributes as it makes sense to change the formatting of a given text, but it
does not make sense to change its language attribute (except for setting it
correctly in the first place).
