It seems impress refuse to cut on multiple line a text which has an hyperlink (valid in Ms Powerpoint; problem also appears when importing from Powerpoint 2003) tested on Impress OOo 3.2.0/Windows and 3.1.1/Macos. It does not affect Writer. As a result, you must add hyperlink to splitted text to avoid this issue.
