- open the attached " issue_ODT_version.odt " file
- the font size of the line between the frame and the this black line is 2 
pixels (see screenshot n°1)
- save it as .doc
- close the .doc file (I have also attached an already saved version " 
issue_DOC_version.doc " file)
- reopen the .doc file
- the font size of that line now is 12 pixels (see screenshot n° 2)

it seems that the problem affects only the line after the grey frame, the other 
layout elements have nothing to do with this bug.

if you just copy the frame and the line below in a new .odt file and you save 
as .doc the font size of the line between still changes from 2 pixels to 12 
after saving and reopening the doc file
