ok, found how to reproduce it:
in "connectivity/source/parser" do a "dmake depend=t" after the first
successfull build. the next build now breaks because of some dependency magic
(seems to be connected with "OUT/misc/s_sqlbison.dpcc"). all subsequent builds
do no longer break :-(
just removing the dependencies at the bottom of the makefile will just break
compiling of EXCETIONFILES...
taking over (if no one objects ;-))
