Size boxes show correct dimensions of the rectangle. Select Cancel. Tools -> Options -> OpenOffice.org Writer -> General Change Measurement Unit to Millimeter, select OK. Select rectangle, mouse-click to bring up menu, select Position & Size. Size boxes show incorrect dimensions.
