Why do you not anchor formula 12 in the same way as other formulas ? What about
anchoring to the paragraph which contains the number 12 instead of the above
paragraph ?
That said it is a complicated method to insert numbered formulas. You should use
autotext "formula numbering" : menu Edit > AutoText.
