hello.
I am really new to this, so i hope that i went to the right place, and provide
you with the right information, but here is my problem.

- I am using OpenOffice 3.2 with Linux Ubuntu 9.10 "Karmic Koala"

- i got a document from my school, Lets call it SomeFileFromSchool.docx. - the
file was like a task, with a headline and a two-column-matrix, for typing in
some data to be sent back when filled out.

- usually, I would save it as an .odt file (knowing, that the format will change
slightly.); but this time, I had to send it back to a teacher,so I wanted to
keep the file-type ".docx"

- as I am saving the document, everything within the matrix will disappear.

- having played around with this problem, it shows up, that every time, that i
save something .docx, as docx, using Open Office 3.2 and a matrix that was
generated in MsOffice2007; "all of the content that is in the matrix, will
disappear" other information, like the headline from my example, and text
following the matrix is not deleted.

hope someone can help me solveing this problem, and if I went to the wrong
place, please help me find out where to report..

thanks: Joachim
