In addition:
1. If a print range has been specified, the thumbnail should take this into
account and should look like a miniature of the first printed page instead of
the default area.
2. The range which is captured by the default thumbnail should be larger. In OOo
3.2.1 it is A1:D27. That's only about 1/4 of the size which would be printed on
an A4 page using default margins etc.
