Add a simple shape to the sheet in Draw (circle, for example) 2. Change the fill type to hatching and select some pattern (e.g. diagonal, 45 degrees) 3. Select the shape just added, right-click it and click Convert to... -> Metafile 4. Select the converted shape again, right-click and select Break.
