------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Jun 3 05:10:35 +0000 2010 ------- I'm not sure what the deal is, but I've been trying to edit a 68 page document in your program and I keep having the issue of it freezing up...I cannot even access the Help button because it freezes...this is very irritating, and plus I paid for the program (sure didn't get it for free), so I'm really distraught about this (it is a paper due for school...can't save it to anything else because I can't even click on a button before it freezes...)what do you propose that I do about this issue...I would greatly appreciate a prompt response in this matter, because this is a paper for school...because I am almost ready to take the program off my computer and make sure everyone I know, knows how terrible the program is...
