When the cursor locates in the Edit Window(e.g.: in the document, or in the find
Text Field when the findbar is floating ), the curor could jump between the Text
Field of the findbar and the document by Ctrl+Alt+F. It is handled via the
accelerators configuration in such situation. When the cursor is located to the
docked findbar, Ctrl+Alt+F could not be handled by accelerators configuration,
instead it opens the menus defaultly.

wuy->PL: Do the hot key Alt+F( or Alt+E...) and Ctrl+Alt+F( or Ctrl+Alt+E...)
accomplish the same function on Linux? Is it better to make them to accomplish
different functions in VCL?
