nope, docs are wrong, its definitely now 4 for gcc since 2006 for hppa and 2 for
m68k, so thats ok.
cmc->hjs: willing to verify that this change doesn't cock anything up in the
Hamburg environment. It
a) causes an extra line of "SHORTSTDC3:=1" for Linux x86/x86_64 to be inserted
into solver/300/unxlng*/inc/comp_ver.mk
b) runs prelink -u if available on those copied system libs which makes them
suitable for bundling into the vanilla installsets, something which they
normally are not on Fedora/RHEL
