For this case, set the language to "none" for the parts you want to have
excluded.
It is the desired behaviour to not store the ignorelist between sessions.
Your feature-wish would require the "words to ignore" to be saved within the
document or somewhere else on your harddisk (and in this case you could add it
to a dictionary as well).
If you want this changed, please file a new issue with type Feature and state
what you want
* Dialog should offer the option to set the language to "none"
* Option to store the ignorelist with the document.
(anyway both of these would probably be low-priority but you may find some
developer to provide a patch for the first one more easily)
