I originally tried on Windows XP (IE and firefox), and then also tried on Windows 7 (IE and firefox). Below is the error message I get: Error: We are unable to perform the selected action. We apologize for the inconvenience. Error Number: SIT_000002 And one below that, on the bottom left of the page, a second error message: Server Error Error: Product data is unavailable. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. Error Number: CAT_000002 If I can find a way to attach a jpeg, I can show you the screen shot.
